Coreopsis ‘Full Moon’
Big Bang Coreopsis |
USDA Zone: 5-9 |
Plant number: 1.165.800
A very long-blooming perennial for sunny areas, forming a narrow, upright mound of medium-textured leaves. The exceptionally large canary-yellow daisies have an orange button eye, appearing in succession from mid summer to mid autumn. Excellent towards the middle of a sunny border, also good in containers. Plants may require some support if grown in very rich garden soil, or simply shear by half in July if they begin to flop open. Possibly hardy in Zone 4 or colder, with reliable winter snowcover. This is the first in the Big Bang™ series from American plant breeder Darrell Probst. USPP#19364: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
