Also known as Tickseed. The Solanna™ Series features a compact, low mound of leathery green leaves bearing many upright stems of golden-yellow flowers. Each petal of ‘Golden Ziti’ is trumpet-shaped. Blooms first year and continuously from early spring through late fall. Removing faded flowers regularly will extend the bloom season. Plants are easily divided in early spring, and this should be done every 2 to 3 years. Tolerant of hot, humid summer climates. Excellent for borders and in containers. Attractive to butterflies.
