(='Walfrasun') A shrubby, dwarf selection that does best in mild-winter regions. Deep green leaves form a perfect mound, smothered in spring by very fragrant bright-yellow flowers that open from chocolate-purple buds. This Wallflower suits the rock garden, or along the front of a hot, sunny border as an edging. Evergreen where hardy. Drought tolerant once established. Shear plants back lightly after flowering, to maintain a nice tight habit. Plants do not divide well. USPP#13432: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
