Heuchera ‘Pewter Moon’
Fancy-leaf Coral Bells |
USDA Zone: 4-9 |
Plant number: 1.267.240
This Coral Bells selection sports handsome colourful foliage. It forms a low and tidy mound of lobed silvery leaves with contrasting pewter veins and burgundy backsides. Taller stems produce sprays of small pale-pink bells in late spring and early summer. Excellent for edging in part shade. Remove any damaged leaves in spring, otherwise no pruning is required. Evergreen. May need protection from afternoon sun in regions with hot and humid summers. If plants become leggy or woody at the base, just lift them in early autumn or spring and replant with the crowns placed lower down in the soil. Registered with COPF: royalty required for propagation.
