Hosta are among the most popular of perennials for shady areas, with hundreds of varieties now readily available. Plants form sturdy mounds of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This cute little miniature selection bright yellow, wavy, smooth-textured leaves that change to apple-green by summer. Lavender-purple flowers appear in late summer. Ideal for a shady rock garden, border edge or in troughs. Clumps may be easily divided in the spring or fall. Mark Zilis hybrid of a gold sport of H. ‘Blue Dimples’ × ‘Shining Tot’.
