Hosta are among the most popular of perennials for shady areas, with hundreds of varieties now readily available. Plants form sturdy mounds of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This miniature selection has unusual pointed ivory-cream leaves when they first emerge, later developing green stripes. Lavender flowers appear in early summer. Ideal for the shady parts of the rock garden, for edging or in containers. Clumps may be easily divided in the spring or fall. Registered by Heemskerk in 2005.
