Also called French or Butterfly Lavender. This selection, part of the ‘Ruffles & Laces’ series, is grown for the colourful ruffled blooms, early and repeat blooming and improved heat, humidity and drought tolerance. It produces fragrant light-green leaves forming a bushy, evergreen mound and unusual chubby, rose-pink coloured spikes waving petals from the top. Excellent in mixed containers and the hot sunny border. May be wintered indoors in cold regions. Drought tolerant once established. Flowers are attractive to butterflies. Shear plants back by about 1/3 in spring to force compact, bushy growth. USPP#22490: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
