Paeonia ‘Etched Salmon’
Double Peony |
USDA Zone: 2-9 |
Plant number: 1.902.170
Garden Peonies are old favourites for late spring display, prized for their large, colourful and fragrant blooms. Plants form an upright bush of dark green leaves, remaining attractive all season. This selection is a truly unique double hybrid peony. The fragrant, coral pink flowers are beautifully cupped and have a uniformity of petal height. Very rare. Excellent for cutting. Peonies seldom need to be divided or moved, but if necessary it should be carried out only in the fall. Flowering is always best in a sunny location. Trim off old stems to the ground in late fall, to help prevent disease problems. APS Gold Medal winner 2002.
