Plants form a compact, mounding clump of rich golden-yellow leaves, contrasting beautifully with the bright-blue flowers in late spring. Trim plants back after blooming. Foliage becomes chartreuse in partial shade. Also worth considering for use in mixed containers, the foliage contrasting beautifully with other plants. USPP#13354: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
