Helenium Dancing Flames

Fall Helenium

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.245.300

(='Flammenspiel') Also known as Helen’s Flower, or Sneezeweed, there are many fine hybrid selections, valued for their late summer display of bright daisy-like flowers. This tall variety has bright flame-orange petals that age to golden yellow. Excellent in the border, as well as for cutting. Plants may require staking to prevent flopping, or pinch in June to reduce the height at blooming time, if desired. Easily increased by dividing in the spring.
