Tanacetum parthenium ‘White Stars’
Plant number: 1.508.590
(Formerly Chrysanthemum parthenium) Feverfew forms a low bushy mound of fragrant green leaves, and is included in both the flower and herb garden. Leaves have been used quite widely in recent years in a wide range of natural remedies, particularly for treating migraine headaches. This compact selection bears small yellow and white daisies beginning in mid summer. A short-lived perennial, this will self-sow about. Excellent as a cut flower. Nice for edging, and especially in containers or tubs. Plants may be pruned back hard to rejuvenate the leaves after blooming.
