Thymus doerfleri ‘Bressingham’

Bressingham Thyme

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.515.020

A creeping Thyme selection from England, this forms a low evergreen carpet of grey-green leaves, studded with dusty-pink flowers in early summer. Like all Thymes, this does best in hot, sunny sites with excellent drainage. Tolerates summer drought once established. Can be used in between stepping stones and will tolerate light traffic. Creeping Thyme is easily divided in spring or early fall, and even small pieces will take root and grow. Flowers are attractive to butterflies.
