Hacquetia epipactis

Hacquetia

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.260.750

This is one of the earliest plants to bloom in spring, joining some of the early flowering bulbs. Prefering part shade and moist but well drained soil, the combination of light green foliage and yellow flowers create a lovely chartreuse hue. The glossy leaves develop fully after the flowers are done. This slow growing plant is easy to grow. Excellent in woodland gardens, under roses or shrubs, or even in rock and alpine gardens.
