Leucanthemum × superbum Sweet Daisy® ‘Cher&r...

Shasta Daisy

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.850.270

(Formerly Chrysanthemum maximum) Shasta Daisies enjoy universal appeal as a garden plant and cutflower. They are easy perennials that perform best in a sunny border. This selection from the Sweet Daisy® series has shaggy, bright white petals surrounding a golden-yellow button eye. Removing faded flowers will greatly increase the blooming time. Good strong stems support the blooms well. Shasta Daisy is a well-behaved garden hybrid, and should not be confused with the weedy Ox-eye Daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare).
