Aster alpinus ‘Happy End’

Alpine Aster

USDA Zone: 2-9

Plant number: 1.085.150

Alpine Aster is an early-blooming species, often grown in rock gardens or used for edging in the perennial border. Plants form a low clump of bright green leaves. Branching stems of single daisy-shaped, yellow-eyed flowers appear in late spring and early summer. Not a long-lived plant, but will self-seed to produce successive generations, if allowed to. This strain blooms in shades of rose and pink. Easy.
