Dianthus Early Bird™ Fizzy

Early Bird Pinks

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.181.310

(=‘WP08 VER03’) Pinks are especially popular as edging plants or in the rock garden. The Early Bird™ series are exceptionally early, long-flowering and fragrant. This selection forms a low, grassy blue-green cushion, bearing upright stems of double lavender-pink flowers with a maroon eye, appearing early spring and lasting through to late summer. Drought tolerant once established. Shear lightly after blooming. Flowers may attract butterflies. Excellent choice for window boxes and containers. Evergreen. This selection may well prove to be hardy to Zone 3 or colder, but excellent drainage is essential. USPP#21394: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
