Hemerocallis ‘Wings of Chance’

Daylily

USDA Zone: 2-9

Plant number: 1.259.020

The many thousands of Daylily selections available offer the gardener a rainbow of colours to choose from. These low-care plants form mounds of grassy foliage, with large lily-like blooms held on taller stems. This selection features large (6 inch) soft butter-yellow flowers with a glowing red halo. Early blooming. Diploid. Winter dormant. Flowers are edible. Plants do not usually require dividing for several years, but are easily split apart in fall or early spring. Spent flower stems can be trimmed back after blooms are finished. Cut back dead foliage in late fall or winter.
