Lilium ‘After Eight’

Dwarf Oriental Lily

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.319.170

Oriental Lilies are later to bloom than other types, with intoxicatingly fragrant star-shaped flowers that are superb for cutting. They prefer a rich, moist soil on the acidic side, with similar needs to Rhododendrons. This compact selection has petals of deep cherry-pink with a crisp white edge, very much like the well-known ‘Stargazer’ but much shorter in habit. Especially nice in tubs or containers. Remove dead stems in the fall. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
