This outstanding tall selection forms a bushy mound, with nice tall stems for cutting. Large clusters of fragrant flowers have petals of soft lavender-mauve, starting in midsummer. Remove faded flowers to encourage more buds. Attractive to butterflies. Reported to have excellent resistance to powdery mildew. A sport of ‘David’ discovered by Itsaul Plants in Georgia. USPP#17793: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
