Veronica filifolia

Fern-leaved Speedwell

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.540.060

Several selections of Speedwell are well suited to the rock garden, or for edging in the sunny border. This species forms a low clump of bright-green ferny leaves, literally smothered by small sky-blue flowers in late spring. In mild winter regions this stays evergreen. Clumps are easily divided in early spring or fall. This excellent, well-behaved garden plant should not be confused with the weedy Veronica filiformis.
