Veronica spicata ‘Giles van Hees’
Dwarf Spike Speedwell |
USDA Zone: 2-9 |
Plant number: 1.540.140
Several kinds of Speedwell are well suited to the rock garden, or for edging in the sunny border. This selection forms a low clump of bright-green leaves, loaded with upright spikes of clear rose-pink flowers for many weeks during the summer. An easy and carefree plant. Removing faded flowers will greatly increase the blooming time. Clumps are easily divided in early spring or fall. Flowers are attractive to butterflies.
