Hosta are among the most popular of perennials for shady areas, with hundreds of varieties now readily available. Plants form sturdy mounds of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This cute little miniature selection has thick, wavy, blue-green leaves. Lavender-purple flowers appear in July. Ideal for a shady rock garden, border edge or in containers. Clumps may be easily divided in the spring or fall. A sport of H. ‘Blue Mouse Ears'. Bred and introduced to the market by Walters Gardens, Inc., Michigan.
