Asplenium ebenoides

Dragon’s-tail Fern

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 9.010.050

(=Asplenosorus) Native to Eastern North America, this little fern is seldom seen in gardens or in the wild. Plants form a low, evergreen mound of narrow, triangular fronds, slowly making a small clump that is best suited to the rock garden or for edging in a woodland garden. Also grows well in containers or indoor terrariums. Clumps may be divided in spring, but this is seldom required. Prefers a cool, moist location.
