Corydalis lutea

Golden Corydalis

USDA Zone: 3-9

Plant number: 1.167.500

Also known as Yellow Fumitory. This charming little plant is similar in effect to the Fernleaf Bleeding Heart. Ideal for planting on a rock wall or slope, where the pretty yellow locket-shaped flowers will appear for months! The fresh green leaves form a low ferny mound. Practically thrives on neglect, in a partly shaded cool site this will happily self-seed all over the place, filling in odd corners here and there. Wonderful when underplanted with spring-blooming blue Grape Hyacinths. Seedlings that appear may be easily moved while small.
