(=‘Hilvulca’) The Sunflor® pot carnations can be used both indoors and outdoors, will flower from spring until late autumn, and are completely hardy. Plants form a neat compact mound of grassy foliage smothered with fully double flowers. This mix features frilly, flowers in shades of pink, purple, red, white and bicolor on short sturdy stems held above attractive, compact, grey-green foliage. Added bonus of a wonderful spicy-clove fragrance. Excellent for containers, rock gardens and borders. Drought tolerant and easy to grow. Prefers well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Good drainage is essential for winter hardiness. Evergreen. Bred in The Netherlands.
