Variegated Coneflower

A variegated selection of Coneflower, this forms a low clump of showy green leaves splashed and mottled with creamy white. Upright stems hold a long display of rose-pink daisies with a deeper orange to brown cone in the center. Flowering starts in midsummer and continues for weeks. The foliage mound provides good garden interest for the whole season. Blooms are very attractive to butterflies. Seed heads are useful in dried arrangements. Excellent for cutting. Adapts to a wide variety of soil conditions. May need protection from hot afternoon sun. USPP#17298: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
