(='Dakota') Blanket Flowers are valuable in the summer border for their very long season of bloom. This unique selection has very frilly-looking double flowers, with trumpet-like tubular soft-golden petals flushed with red in the throat. Plants are midsized with a good mounding habit. Excellent for cutting. Attractive to butterflies. Drought tolerant once established. Removing faded flowers regularly will encourage continual blooming. Bred on the plains of the Dakotas, and introduced by Pride of Place Plants. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
