Heucherella ‘Berry Fizz’

Foamy Bells

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.266.630

Foamy Bells are a hybrid between Coral Bells and Foam Flowers, combining the best traits of both into one plant. This new selection is a fun twist on H. ‘Burnished Bronze’ and forms a wide clump of maple-shaped leaves that are deep purple with a glossy bronze sheen and splattered with pink fizz. Sprays of light-pink bell flowers appear in late spring and occasionally throughout the summer. Nice choice for the woodland garden, for edging in a shady perennial border and the rock garden. Evergreen in mild winter regions. Foliage should not be trimmed back in the fall, but plants may be tidied up in spring by removing any withered or tired-looking leaves. An introduction from Terra Nova Nurseries of Oregon. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
