Kniphofia ‘Bressingham Comet’

Torchlily

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.300.300

Also known as Torchlily, these are easy to grow in the garden, so long as the soil is well-drained, particularly in winter. Plants form a big clump of grassy leaves that remain evergreen in milder regions. This compact selection features bicolored spikes of red and flame-orange flowers. Stems are wonderful for cutting. Drought tolerant, once established. Clumps may be divided every 3 to 4 years, in the spring. Attractive to hummingbirds.
