Tiarella ‘Inkblot’

Foamflower

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.516.190

Foamflowers are close cousins to the Coral-bells, with similar sprays of flowers over a low clump of foliage. This selection has beautiful rounded leaves, deep green with a large black blotch. Delicate spikes of pale pink flowers in late spring. An excellent choice for edging the shade garden. Performs best in a rich, moist soil. Plants have outstanding winter interest, remaining more or less evergreen where hardy. Tiny up any browned leaves in early spring. Prefers a moist site. Registered with COPF: royalty required for propagation.
