Echinacea ‘Cleopatra’

Hybrid Coneflower

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.650.600

Butterfly™ Series. This Coneflower was named after a Mediterranean yellow buttefly of the same name. It features fragrant, single to semi-double flowers with lemon yellow petals surrounding an orange cone. Long blooming. Plant habit is well-branched, strong and bushy. Ideal for sunny borders, massing and growing in mixed containers. Attractive to butterflies. Excellent for cutting. Coneflowers begin blooming in midsummer and continue for months if faded flowers are regularly removed. However leaving some spent blooms on the plants in the fall provides food for wintering birds. Bred by Arie Blom of AB Cultivars in the Netherlands. USPP#24631: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
