Echinacea ‘Guava Ice’

CONE-FECTIONS Coneflower

USDA Zone: 4-9

Plant number: 1.650.730

This selection, a fully double-flowered Coneflower, has huge, four inch blooms that emerge orangey-pink, maturing to a unique guava colour. Plant habit is well-branched, strong and bushy with thick, upright stems. Ideal for sunny borders and growing in mixed containers. Attractive to butterflies. Excellent for cutting. Coneflowers begin blooming in midsummer and continue for months if faded flowers are regularly removed. Leaving some spent blooms on the plant in the fall will provide food for wintering birds. Dried seed heads also add interest to the winter garden. Part of the CONE-FECTIONS™ series bred by Arie Blom of the Netherlands and introduced by AB Cultivars/Plants Nouveau. USPP#23473: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
