Miscanthus sinensis ‘Graziella’

Maiden Grass

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 8.270.460

This is a German selection of Maiden Grass with an early-blooming habit. It forms a graceful, upright mound of narrow green leaves. Soft silvery-white plumes appear in late summer, held well above the leaves and remaining attractive for months. Foliage usually develops good copper and orange tones in the autumn, later becoming tan for winter. Useful as a specimen, in the border, or for mass planting. Trim to the ground in late winter or early spring. Clumps may be divided in spring before new growth appears.
