Sisyrinchium ‘Quaint and Queer’

Blue-eyed Grass is a dwarf relative of the Iris, forming low tufts of grassy leaves with clusters of small starry flowers. This odd British selection features especially large blooms in a strange mixture of yellow, mauve and brown. Nice choice for rock gardens or edging, especially good in trough or container plantings. Will also tolerate constantly moist soils, beside a stream or pond. Easily divided in fall or early spring. Truly a novelty!
