Plants form a medium to tall clump of coarse dark-green leaves, by midsummer bearing large daisy flowers with drooping white petals surrounding a greenish-brown central cone. Removing faded flowers regularly will greatly increase the flowering period. Seedheads have good winter interest. Outstanding for cutting. Attractive to butterflies.
