Plant number: 1.469.050Traditionally used as a low, fragrant silver-grey hedge around formal herb and knot gardens. Bright yellow button flowers appear in summer, but these are often clipped off. Plants may be easily pruned or shaped in spring or summer, but at least 4 inches of woody growth should be left at the base. This is also useful in rock garden, serving as a low shrub.
