Erodium × variabile ‘Bishop’s Form’

Dwarf Heronsbill

USDA Zone: 7-9

Plant number: 1.204.050

A very cute little plant, this forms a low clump or tuft of tiny, filigreed green leaves. Starry little pink flowers appear from late spring through to the fall. Survives best in mild winter regions, but in cold climates it is easily wintered in a pot indoors, then brought back outside for the summer. A wonderful selection for the rock garden or alpine trough, this is one of the few rock garden plants that flowers the entire season long. Easily divided in early spring. Must have excellent drainage, particularly in wet winter regions. A cousin to the Cranesbill Geraniums.
