Plant number: 1.220.110Blanket Flowers are valuable in the summer border for their very long season of bloom. This selection blooms profusely even in the first year forming a low, compact mound of bright green leaves. Large, daisy-like flowers with layers of pointed petals, yellow on the edges, deepening to rich apricot in the centre, appear in early summer and continue well into the fall. This is a never-before-seen colour mix in Blanket Flowers. Attractive to butterflies. Drought tolerant once established. Not the best choice for heavy clay soils that remain wet during the winter.
