Leucanthemum × superbum ‘Luna’

Yellow Shasta Daisy

USDA Zone: 5-9

Plant number: 1.850.260

(Formerly known as Chrysanthemum) Shasta Daisies are the familiar garden daisy, and always a dependable choice for sunny borders in reasonably fertile soil. This showy selection features double, pom-pom flowers that emerge yellow, mature to two-toned yellow and finally white. Flowers the first year. Ideal for near the front of a sunny border, as a cut flower and in containers. Beautiful when massed. Attractive to butterflies. Removing faded flowers will greatly increase the blooming time. Shasta Daisy is a well-behaved garden hybrid, and should not be confused with the weedy Ox-eye Daisy, Leucanthemum vulgare. USPP#27037: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
