Bergenia ‘Apple Blossom’
Plant number: 1.105.070
Bergenia are incredibly hardy, and reliably evergreen throughout nearly the entire continent. This British selection forms a sturdy clump of large, leathery green leaves. Clusters of near-white flowers deepen to soft pink, held on deep-red stems during the spring. Individual blossoms are large and outfacing. Nice for edging or massing as a groundcover. Bergenia sometimes look a little beaten up by winter: simply remove any browned or ugly leaves in mid spring. USPP#15101: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
