Brunnera macrophylla ‘Langtrees’

Siberian Bugloss

USDA Zone: 2-9

Plant number: 1.106.220

A superb specimen perennial, forming a clump of heart-shaped leaves with a V-shaped pattern of silvery spots. Sprays of bright blue Forget-me-not flowers appear in mid to late spring. Excellent for the woodland garden, particularly as an edging plant along a path. Keep out of hot afternoon sun, as the leaves can scorch easily. Plants may be divided easily in early autumn. Sometimes self seeds generously, but usually the seedlings have plain green leaves. An older British selection but still well worth growing.
