Buddleia ‘Lochinch’
Butterfly Bush |
USDA Zone: 5-9 |
Plant number: 1.106.810
The fragrant, arching clusters of Butterfly Bush are irresistible to hummingbirds and butterflies. Really a shrub, plants are best treated like perennials and pruned back hard each spring, to maintain a compact, bushy habit. This stunning selection has long wands of lavender-blue flowers, each with an orange eye, on a bushy clump of silvery-grey leaves. Excellent for cutting. Removing faded flower heads will encourage plants to continue blooming. Drought and heat tolerant, once established.
