Plants form a low, evergreen mat of ferny leaves, bearing small white daisy flowers in early summer. Flowers can be dried and used for tea. Foliage is pleasantly fragrant. An excellent choice for a lawn substitute, plants should be mowed or clipped back hard (to 2 inches) after blooming to maintain a compact habit.
