Geranium ‘Nimbus’
Cranesbill Geranium |
USDA Zone: 4-9 |
Plant number: 1.230.830
The Border selections of Cranesbill Geranium are valuable fillers for colour in early to midsummer. This selection features finely-cut, feathery green leaves with bright, amethyst-blue flowers each with a white centre and purple veining. Flowering begins in early summer and continues through to late summer. Rates highly as one of the best new selections. Less floppy and longer blooming than some of the classic blue-flowered Cranesbill selections but it wouldn't hurt to cut it back after blooming to encourage fresh new foliage. Easily divided in spring or fall.
