Heucherella ‘Yellowstone Falls’
Trailing Foamy Bells |
USDA Zone: 4-9 |
Plant number: 1.268.130
A hybrid between Coral Bells and Foam Flower, combining the best traits of both into one plant. A new selection that takes it one step further; a Foamy Bells that also acts as a groundcover. It starts out with a mounding habit of broadly lobed leaves in a chartreuse to lime colour with deep crimson markings, then sends out trailing stems that spread low. Excellent choice for containers and hanging baskets where allowed to spill out over the sides. Sprays of small white flowers appear in late spring. Nice choice for a shady perennial border or rock garden. Evergreen in mild winter regions. Foliage should not be trimmed back in the fall, but plants may be tidied up in spring by removing any tired-looking leaves. Part of the Falls™ series introduced by Terra Nova Nurseries of Oregon. USPP#22313: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
