A Stonecrop native to China and Russia, this delightful form sports attractive green leaves edged in creamy yellow. It forms a low rounded cushion or mound with clusters of deep golden-yellow starry flowers that attract butterflies and bees. Nice in the rock garden, edging a sunny border or in mixed containers. Good for roof gardens or succulent collections. Recently introduced from England. Easily increased by dividing in spring or fall, or taking cuttings in late spring before blooming. Taxonomy of this selection is in disagreement, with it sometimes listed as Sedum kamtschaticum ‘The Edge'.
