Sisyrinchium ‘Californian Skies’
Plant number: 1.493.060Blue-eyed Grass is a dwarf relative of the Iris, forming low tufts of grassy leaves with clusters of small starry flowers. They are a popular choice for planting in the rock garden, but are useful also for edging borders, and in mixed containers or alpine trough gardens. This introduction features especially large flowers in a rich, bright blue shade. Reported to have a long flowering season. Would make an interesting combination with the cream splashed foliage of Silene uniflora ‘Druett’s Variegated'. Clumps may be easily divided every 3 to 4 years, in early spring. Further details for |
