Toad-lilies are unique and rewarding plants for late-season display in the shady garden. This selection forms an attractive mound of grey-green leaves, streaked with creamy-white and pink. Starfish-like flowers appear in late summer, white with soft mauve spotting. Deserves a spot where it can be seen up close. Excellent as a cut flower. All Toad-lilies are among the last perennials to bloom, and give the gardener something fresh for ending the season. Plants are easily divided in early spring.
