A hybrid Speedwell from the ‘Explosion’ Series that shows great promise. This selection forms a bushy, upright clump of dark-green leaves, bearing upright wands of violet-purple flowers spikes. Removing faded spikes will encourage more buds to form. Stems are excellent for cutting. More compact than other V. longifolia selections, this should not usually need to be staked. Likely hardy to Zone 3 or colder. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
