Mountain Fleeceflower is a total workhorse in the garden, providing showy spikes of flowers for weeks on end from midsummer onward. This is the first truly compact selection, with bottlebrush spikes in a pleasing warm shade of pink. Great in in containers, in mid-border and also excellent for cutting. Easy and reliable over a wide range of climates. This is a plant that more gardeners should be growing! An introduction from breeder Chris Ghyselen of Belgium. Sometimes listed as Bistorta amplexicaulis. USPPP: unlicensed propagation prohibited.
